Mouse movement not smooth in Vista

Anyone notice moving from XP to Vista that mouse movement is not as smooth as before? i.e. pointer move a couple pixels at a time and diagonal movement looks really choppy. Same mouse and same sensitivity, but different OS.

Anyone know what I'm talking about or know of a fix?

Currently using a logitech mouse.
