I was gettin uber pawned today by this newb in cs. he told me he was lubin up his mouse so that he could move really fast. i said thats crazy talk because because it could seriously screw your mouse up, especially if you are using a trackball mouse. lube is always a good when things are a little to rough though, heres a pic of my l33t gaming mouse.

Dont get technical twinkle toes. You really just gotta let yourself go with it. The feeling of thrusting the mouse forward and back with the vaseline is out of this world.

i've heard of a lot of people doing this, not good for a trackball though. maybe you could get some really light stuff and smear the mouse ball with it and wipe away most of it leaving a thin film

I prefer teflon; no friction burn and it doesn't shaft your mouse.

I knew someone that did this with a trackball and some turtle wax, he seemed to swear by it.

How would this work? The ball has to have traction to work.
