Mouse lag...not smooth

I started having this issue a few days ago, and it seems to only happen when IE8 is open. When I move my mouse around, its laggy and jerky.

Im currently running the following add ons: Shockwave Flash, Adobe PDF, ieSpell, and Java. The last update was Shockwave on 6/29. Maybe thats it? No other software installs recently. Batteries were changed in my mouse yesterday. It's a bit intermittant.

Try uninstalling Flash, and see if that fixes it. You could also see if IE8 has a mouse smoothing setting. In 3d games, you could have some peculiar mouse effects with Vsync, and mouse smoothing settings. Personally, I'd just refrain fro opening IE8 :^D
