Mouse keys not working in game..

I just bought a new mouse, Viewsonic MW407, and I set the two mouse keys on the side to F9 and F10 so I can use them in the game Dark Age of Camelot. The keys work as the F9 and F10 keys when I am not in the game, but when I am in the game they don't work. =/

I was hoping there might be some sort of better mouse configuration utility or something that can work with like any mouse. I can't set the abilities that I want on those keys but if I got the mouse so it would work as F9 and F10 in the game then I could. Please help. Thanks. =)
