OK for what? The keyboard has a non-standard layout and seems to use laptop style scissor switch keys. The mouse looks like it is laptop mouse sized. I would rather get wired options if this is going to be used for gaming, because in that price range, HP clearly cheaped out on everything to make this wireless. The reviews have 2.5 stars, which is a red flag.
For example, the Logitech
K120 Keyboard (link) and
G100S Mouse (link) will give you a keyboard that actually has a standard layout and a nice gaming grade mouse and the items will be of higher quality.
edit: In fact the very link you listed has more one-star reviews than it has five-and four-star reviews combined. Avoid like the plague.
