Mouse Jitter

The way you are testing jitter is the only way I know to go about doing it. No question about it your mouse has issues with jitter. Its hard to tell since you didn't draw many horizontal and vertical lines but there might also be some angle snapping as well.

6/11 Windows with the assigned DPI @ 1000hz since I had 11/11 windows previously

4000DPI

1600DPI

Horizontal/Vert 1600DPI @ 1000hz

Now that it is at 6/11, those new pictures seem much better to me. The 4000 DPI is a little wavy, but that is also at the limits of what that sensor can do. The 1600 DPI looks pretty good. I think that your first post, particularly the 800 DPI image, shows the trademark of not being at 6/11.

Just did a little research and yea mine doesnt have that option -.-

Do you think mine jitters enough to the point to warrant an exchange?
I don't know. But if you mean mouse acceleration in Roccat software, then it's basically same as Windows's Enhance Pointer Precision. So you either will have both on, or off, you can't have one off and another on, at least that's what I know.

These are my results. No I don't think you need to go for exchange. It might be just shaky hands? Like me? Lol.

This is with Precision / acceleration ON, @1400 DPI (cause that's what I use for gaming and other tasks too) / 1000 Hz :

This is with Precision OFF, others at same :

And this is at 800 DPI, just set this to match yours :

And 3200 DPI (Jeez! It took me few seconds to keep up with the pointer, you must be using a much higher res)

Personally with Precision / Acceleration OFF I could never achieve straight lines / stable movements, so I really don't what's the point of turning it off!

This is the new 800 DPI...how does this look?

800DPI w/ 6/11

Are the diagonal lines and circles supposed to be that jaggedy? Just curious 😀

Also thanks everyone for your responses so far
