mouse is f00ked

i need help. my benq cordless mouse is extremem;l choppy when i move the cursor. its very hard to move it around. ive tried plugging my my older mouse logitech not cordless, to the mouse port and it is f00king up badly. the cursor goes crazy all over the screen. i cant do nothing to control it. i dunno but my mouse port seems to be scrrewed up. my benq mouse which im using now is plugged into usb, however when i first plugged in a while ago, i put it into the mouse port nott he usb port. i think this caused the conflict. because then ive tried plugging back the logitech back in and same **** happened. now i dont want to use this piece of **** benq mouse cuz its f00kin up my moving. someone tell me me how to get the logitech working back again. thx
