Mouse hotkey or macro software?

I am doing a lot of tedious file manipulating at work and I need something that lets me set my mouse button (either middle click or right click) in Windows XP so that when I press it, it does "right click key -> A key -> Enter" wherever my mouse is. Does such a thing exist?
 
AutoHotKey is what you're looking for. Even though I've never used it before I know it's a pretty powerful utility and it can do a lot of nifty stuff.

No such thing. Mouse come and need their specific mouse driver software... sorry that is what it is. gl

I tried out AutoHotKey and it is phenomenal after I figured out how to write the underlying code or script thing. I was able to automate most of my work. Thank you so much for your suggestion! Hi five!
