Mouse feet thickness

Does it matter how thick the replacement mouse feet is because I see different thicknesses from around 0.2mm to 0.6mm.

Is your mouse scrapping on the mousepad or desk you're using? If it doesn't then I wouldn't worry about it.

I got replacement mouse feet for my old MX518 and the thickness is less than the default ones like yours, but the mouse slides more smoothly. I'm satisfied with them.

After fixing some switching on old mice, I found they work as good as new now, at least for the switches that I was able to reach but the feet have worn out. From what I've gathered, the thickness isn't too critical at least for optical mice but the thicker ones would probably last longer.

the feet thickness can matter depending on the LOD of your mouse. if you use a very low lift-off distance and it matters in your use, then tall mouse skates can affect it. you'd have to be a hardcore eSports player to notice, and if you were, you would already know.
so, no.
