Mouse feet replacement?

I've got a MS Explorer 3 that has sticky feet no matter how much I clean them.

Is there anything that I can put on that will make it glide a little easier?

I don't know if you were planning on spending any $$$, but I use and recommend Mouse Skatez.

I can really tell a difference, and they are perfect for older mouse whose feet are worn down.
