Mouse dying when I reboot

I get a wierd problem with my computer. When I reboot, my mouse freezes at startup and I have to reboot again to get it working. I havent upgraded my mouse setting or drives in a while so im not quite sure whats going on. Anyone have an idea?

If it's USB, try a different port.

Edit: Let me clarify that...I mean a port on a different USB header.
