Mouse and Keyboard dont work!!

My father unknowingly pulled the printer plug WHILE the computer was still on and again plugged it back in while the computer was still on. Now both my mouse and keyboard dont work. I tried them on another computer and they are still functional. Is my PS2 ports dead??
