So far I've tried all the 'rumors' floating about to try to fix my newly decrepit aiming style in DoD:
1) I've got the "-noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd" tag. Didn't really do anything.
2) I tuned my DoD config.cfg file to the wanted settings and made it "read-only."
3) I uninstalled PowerToys (another possible cause floating about).
4) I turned my Mouse Filter off.
The only thing that seemed to help at all was turning the Mouse Filter off. I'm now able to move my mouse in small increments and actually see the aiming reticule on the screen move with it. Yahoo! Unfortunately, I'm still getting the accelerated mouse movement everywhere else.
Has this bloody thing been resolved yet? I'm blowing my eyes out trying to notice if these changes are working, but my 3:1 ratio in DoD hasn't returned in the slightest.. Darn Windows XP!
