mounting motherboard

Hi, this probably doesn't matter at all but I'm a little concerned on which screw holes to use to mount the motherboard. Here's a picture. I know the ones that look like the left one should be screwed in but what about the ones that look like the one on the right? Does it matter that they doesn't have those metal things around them?

No, you Dont use the ones without the metal ring around them.
They wont line up with the holes for the standoffs on the case anyway, so you would have answered your own question once you started to install the mobo anyway.
