Mounting holes for heatsinks

Quick question. I looked at my motherboard the other day, as I'm thinking of upgrading my CPU heatsink/fan to a quieter model and didn't see any mounting holes that some of the higher-end coolers need. Is it possible that they are beneath my current heatsink and I just can't see them, or would they be visible with it installed?
Mobo: MSI KT6 DeltaLSR
Heatsink: TR2 M4

No chance. Only a couple of Mobo manufacturers (Soyo and Epox, if I remember right) actually have mounting holes on their kt600 boards. I have the same problem with my KT6 Delta-FIS2R.
