Mounting a radiators outside the case

Okay, I was inspired by a mod I saw over at techpowerup, http://www.techpowerup.com/gallery/138 to be exact. I want to make some brackets up and mount a dual 120mm radiator on the outside of the case, drilling holes for the tubing to go straight in unlike the rustbucket mod.

Apologies for the god awful picture, but http://img212.imageshack.us/my.php?image=image0037rm.jpg Something like that. Radiators mounted on the outside, tubing going in, to the res, coming from the block. Needless to say it makes the top CD bay totally unusable, but it'd not be irreversable.

It'd probably be mounted with all the mounting holes occupied, so it'd be secure, perhaps about three or four centimeters from the case, I'd probably use something like a two mm stiff steel mesh to make the brackets, so as not to sacrifice airflow.

I guess I'm after some pointers, ideas, anything like that. I've loosly decided what I'm going to go for, I've yet to get a half inch block sorted out but that's of minor importance until I get the mod done.

Part wise I was thinking;
Danger den Bay reservoir, Dangerden D5 12volt 1/2", XSPC or NexXxos dual 120mm's, tygon tubing and probably an Asetek antarctica, but not 100% final on the parts yet, any suggestions would be excellent.
