Mounting a HSF without mounting holes

I have a Radeon 9100 AGP card that has no including mounting holes. The current fan on the setup is making a lot of noise since it seems to be a bit misaligned. It sounds as if the fins are making contact with the heatsink. However, it has been working for several months still. I'm not worried about reliability, just the noise.

Basically, anything beyond the "orb-type" of VGA cooling solutions are going to require mounting holes of which I have none. I'm thinking maybe something along the lines of using thermal epoxy, but I'm hoping for something that doesn't have to be permanent. I believe that thermal tape cannot hold the weight of the larger cooling solutions.

It has no holes. I'm looking at the card from the back. Zero holes.

The current HSF is probably attached by some type of thermal epoxy or whatever compound that is widely used for mass production.

3dfxcool has some stuff that you can mount from the top, if I'm not mistaken. You might be able to find something there.
Tas.
