Mounting a directv dish

I just moved and am trying to determine where to put my directv dish. Through the eave of the house there is a large piece of pipe where the electric cables run in and down through the conduit (and roof) into the meter. I'm thinking of mounting the dish to this conduit thats sticking above the roof. Any good reason not to? Other than not to touch the lines 😀
