Mounting a CNPS 7000 on an AN832-SLI...use stock mounting bracket??? Help please

Hey guys,

I am back to the wonderful world of air cooling (for a little bit..im redoing my loop).
Anyways this thing comes with a backing plate of its own which is great and all. But my A8N32 has its own backing plate. do I have to use the Zalman plate or will the Asus supplied plate suffice?
I really dont feel like pulling the mobo if I can avoid it
 
CNPS7000 will mount directly on Socket 939 bracket. No need to detach the bracket on the mobo. (It's from my experience, both on A8N32 and DFI LanParty)
