This phone, whatever they end up calling it, is looking to be the baddest phone on the block. With that kind of power, I might even be able to over look the locked bootloader I'm sure it'll have. I'll still need permanent root though. And if it ships with Blur and a ton of preinstalled carrier bloat, I'll be strangely conflicted. Root access though, should correct the bloat, but Blur has proven to be a stubborn cancer on other devices so far.
As some of you know, Motorola will split into two companies next year and Sanjay Jha will take over as CEO for Motorola Mobility. I was told by a current Motorola employee that the Tegra 2 phone is Sanjays baby and it will be his early defining moment as leader of the new Motorola Mobility. That pretty much kills a holiday release because this device is so important to Sanjays new company that he does not want to rush a release it before its ready.
