Motorola SB4200 or Toshiba PCX2200 cable modem?

I already have the Motorola SB4200 modem, but I was offered a Toshiba PCX2200. Is there any reason to switch or are these about the same? There is no money involved.

If your modem works, why switch? I have an old Toshiba PCX1100U, and I have no yen for a new modem, mine works just fine.

I wasn't sure if there were any differences in the two modems. Apparently there aren't.

No need to change, no benefit gained. However if this one being offered is not a rental and there is no price to be paid, take it! Keep a spare in case of act of god or Put one up for bids on ebay.
