Motorola modem (62412-51) and Win Xp

I got motorola modem with 62412-51 chipset and it worked fine with Windows 98. I placed windows XP and got trouble. Win Xp could not recognize the modem and there are not any drivers for this model modem on motorola site. Now, what can I to do. There are some drivers on other sites but not appropriate(for 98, ME, 2000 but not for XP).
What do you suggest me to do. To restore win 98 or ...(I can not to receive that motorola isn't provide drivers for the modem)
