yes indeed it is, i'm using it right now (leased from attbi)!

I'm using it right now on ATTBI. It works so much better than my two previously leased RCA DCM 235s and my short-lived Outpost D-Link DCM200. The others all disconnected intermittently, but the Motorola has solved the problem.

I actually picked it up at Best Buy a week before I read about the rebate here (thanks guys). I took it back in to BB and returned/re-bought it and the rebate printed out at the register. Great deal!
