Motorola Bluetooth headset with a computer?

Yes, bluetooth is bluetooth. Just make sure you have the latest version of bluetooth compatible with your headset on your computer.

Yes, I've done it. It actually kind of takes over as your sound card. When I first set up mine everything would play back through it instead of my sound card but I fixed it by changing the sound settings in control panel.

I'm using a $20 (AR) Scala-500 Bluetooth headset (from CompUSA) with a $20 CompUSA Bluetooth USB dongle, and it works great. I can use it both as a speaker and a microphone. This is on a generic XP Professional desktop PC.

Its a pain in the ass because it isn't constantly connected and thus will mess up your sound settings almost everytime you pair it.... but on the other hand.... it does work..

um im gonna bring this back from the dead, has anyone been able to make this work where you can play a Game (Counterstrike, for example) use the mic for talking, and speakers on desktop for all sound.????

BETTER YET! has anyone been able to set this up to get ALL GAME SOUND through speakers, but all speech sound through the ear piece (doubt it, but worth asking)
