What is an average MPG for a bike? For example: Suzuki bikes. And how big are the gas tanks? I want to get a bike to go from home to work (about 50 miles each way) without having to refuel. Possible?

they get 50+ mpg. Most have a 5 gallon or larger tank. (crusers more, crotch rockets less)

depending on the bikes you should use somewhere between 2 gallons to 3 gallons for a 100 mile round trip. Mine gives 45mpg if i push it else about 60mpg if i shift slower and not race.

I get anywhere from 30-55 depending how much i want to die that week.

I have a 78 Yamaha XS750SE and I get between 30 and 40mpg. My buddy gets about 35mpg on his 94 Magna. I paid $900 for my bike and it gets me where I want to go, so you should be able to find something to get you to work and back on one tank for a decent price.
