The roads do look wet. Half way through he blows right by a motor cop. Must be in Eastern Europe as most of the other riders are sans helmet. From the tach facia it might be a Suzi. Notice the very low black brake fluid in the right of the screen.

he's got some balls. but he almost messed up and skidded a couple times. i'd be too scared to do that, its def not in america...didnt recognize most of the cars except a TT and two or three others.
