Motorcycle help

So I got a fuel additive for my bike as part of my spring cleaning and the directions (obviously for a car) say to add to an empty tank and fill with gas up to 21 gallons. My bike tank is 2.5, 3 gal max. Now it does say UP TO 21 gallons but I dunno if that concentration is gonna be a little much for my tank or not. Should I go with all of it or cut it down?

I'd add less, that is if I put stuff in my motorcycle other than gasoline.

I put half a can of BG44k in my motorcycle tank with no problems... just put the rest of the can in my car's tank.
