Is anyone playing this online? I want to get it solely to race online, but I got burned with DiRT, because there are never any online players.

Can anyone confirm there are actual people/servers to play on with this release?
 
Same deal... nobody online. You might have better luck with the console versions.
I've been out of the loop for the past year but I never had problems finding other people to race with in GTR2, GTL, and Race 07. Not sure if that's still the case.
