So you have to sign a new contract. You cannot buy these phones and add lines in your existing contract.

so i when my contract ends with cingular, i can sign up for one with tmobile and keep my phone number and get a free phone and bluetooth hands-free?

what about this $35 activation fee though? any way I can get out of that?

I have the 815 and it's a badass phone. Haven't picked up a BT headset yet but it's still crazy cool. Voice recognition works great, speakerphone is easy to use, and the battery lasts over 4 days if you turn off EDO.
