so i easily get nausea from boating, not too bad in a car. and i also noticed that i also get nauseous from fresh painted room, or strong perfume, potpourri, etc.

so my fiancee just recently bought some potpourri, and i start to think maybe i can kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

do those sea sickness bands work for scent caused dizzy nausea? and what is better the electrical pulse bands or the accupressue ones? what if i wear it 24/7 ?

how are you killing two birds with one stone?

i hear the accupressure ones work, but i don't have any experience with any of them..

Motion sickness is something you can overcome.. My buddy, who is in flight school, told me there's a chair the pilots use when they're having nausea problems. They just strap themselves in and spin like hell.. and then they get sick.. but eventually they stop getting sick.

Motion sickness bothers me sometimes too.. I know that breathing more deeply usually helps. (at least that's what my doctor said) Oh ya.. stare at the horizon too.
