Motion screen capturing software that allows for zooming?

I would also be interested in this. We get tickets about people not being able to see their screen at work and resolution adjustments are a no go because our app requires 1024x768... We've got a lot of older people with bad vision.

Sorry to necro, but maybe someone will have an idea.

We've tried Windows magnifier and one from SysInternals, but neither really satisfied our users. An app like this would be pretty trick and I think our users would like it.
