When taking a picture, how does the photographer move the camera so that the subject is sharp and in focus, while the background is blurred? It seems extremely hard to me to actually move the camera along with the subject, since any tiny variation in speed or altitude of your hands will spoil it.

its called panning, its hard, the pics you see of cars like that have the camera mounted to the car and they use a slow shutter speed, so the car stays infocus and the background is blurred
