I'm trying to figure out a way to monitor my CPU temp on my new system from within XP. MBM 5 does not have my board listed. In the setup wizard under MSI, there is an option for a K8N neo Platinum board, but when I select this board, MBM tells me my CPU temp is 127 C. I downloaded Everest Home edition, but can't find my cpu temp anywhere, am I missing it, or is it just not included? I can find temps for my MOBO, harddrives and video card, but not my CPU. Anyone else with an MSI k8n neo 4 platinum have any advice?

Thanks,
Eric

The developer stopped new work on MBM awhile back. I think he posted the info on his News Page if you care to read his reasons. Amazing that he kept working that long. <3

Use the latest one from the mobo mfr. The one from MSI worked fine for me and you can get the generic one for Winbond chips around the web too.
. As cessna said, for all practical purposes MBM is dead... Though new mobos may still use some of the same Winbond or other chips that are supported by MBM. Just have to scope out what the settings mean for yourself.
