Looking to pick up a new P4 rig... any suggestion on MB's to look at?

p4b266 (or p4b266-c if you dont need sound or usb 2.0) (DDR)

gigabyte 8IRXP (raid, 5.1 audio, usb 2.0 x6, etc.) (DDR)

TH7-II (or III later) (RDRAM)


all i know of that people like and work great

Asus P4B266 has my vote! Rock stable, very overclockable, and offers many integrated features of which are high quality.

Another vote for the P4B266 regular edition. Why spend a bit less to get no USB 2.0 or onboard sound? The onboard sound works great (for me anyways) and USB 2.0 will be mandatory in the near future for new high-speed devices.
