Motherboards with TV-out?

The only TV-out motherboard I'm familiar with is the

VIA EPIA Mini ITX Mainboard

Are there any others with TV-out (not S-video) you'd recommend for a Home Theatre PC?

Importance: Price > Size > Speed

svideo out can easily be adapted to RCA out, which is what I'm assuming you're talking about.

also, Shuttle flex ATX boards (like in the SV-25 barebone) have RCA outs.

shuttle's site sucks, though, so I can't get you any great links...not sure if later versions of the cube or it's respecive motherboard have RCA TV-out
