Motherboards with built in HDMI and coaxial/spdif outs

Looking to build an HTPC system and would prefer if it had these two to connect to a digital receiver..any recommendations?

Not sure about the Coaxial, but the Mobo in my sig should have all you need. Size might be an issue though, if you're looking to go small as possible.

AMD or intel build? Atom enough power? Or do you want a more desktop powered solution (dual/quad/hex core).

CPU doesn't really matter..don't need a whole lot of power but enough to play 1080P videos (don't think the Atom can handle that).
