I have 2 asrock dual sata II boards. They run fine at about 250 fsb for agp, and higher for pci-e cards. Extreme pcgear still carries them for $68, even though they're discontinued. Asrock makes 3 versions of it's vsta with both agp and pci-e slots, and ddr and ddr2 slots. With a via chipset, it's maybe 10% slower than the Intel and nvidia chipsets, but can use older agp and ddr if you're not ready to change memory or video. Read the anandtech review of the latest version.
