Can you tell me what is the best in term of value ($$$ VS Perf. and o/c) and that support Dual Channel Memory?

well there are only two on teh market at the moment, the gigabyte and the MSI. They perform and a featured very very closely. The MSi though does overclock quite a bit better. If I were to suggest one I would definatly suggest teh MSI.

I'm very sad. I didn't find one (in Canada, don't wanna buy in USA). I wanted the Athlon 3000+ / 3200+ but there is no MoBo supporting Dual Channel DDR.

Even if in some benchs, the Intel P4 3.0 was faster, I wanted so bad the Athlon, for the games :p.

PS: Does Dual Channel provides a REAL advantage (a big leap in perf.)?

The Athlon64s have the memory controller(s) right inside the CPU. You cannot have a dual-channel Athlon64 3000+ or 3200+ because those two models only have one memory controller in them. All Socket754 processors are single-channel.

Bigger picture: do not be overly fascinated by the dual-channel thing. It's a boost, but probably a lot less than you're thinking. Check out some reviews and compare equally-clocked single- and dual-channel Athlon64's and I think you'll see that. AnandTech's review compared the 2.2GHz 3400+ to the 2.2GHz 3500+ (dual-channel) and the 100+ performance difference seems about correct. Not a big deal.
