Motherboards For DDR2 or DDR3? Which is Better?

Which Motherboard should i get: Asus P5N32-E SLI, P5E3 Deluxe or P5K3 Deluxe?

The reason i asked this is because i dont no if i should get DDR2 or DDR3.
I will be building the pc in march.
 
DDR2 has fast-falling prices, so go with that, especially since DDR3 is so expensive.

DDR3 will replace DDR2 after Nehalem comes out, but that's not until July.
