Motherboards for Core 2 Duo with EFI?

Are there any motherboards the support the Core 2 Duo processor that features EFI? Will that allow for dual boot of Mac OS?
 
i don't think so. technically there is no "legal" market for such boards - currently windows and linux don't support efi, so the only OS you could run would be mac os, which is only supposed to be used on machines built by apple.
