Below is a copy of a post I made on another forum and I felt I should post here also to warn everyone.

(Mods: If this isn't the correct place for this type of post please feel free to move it. I'll take no offense. 🙂)

I thought I'd put a post here about my recent experience with these people. There is a thread at http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum3/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=21;t=000660 where the incident is explained in a little more detail if anyone is interested.
Basically, the story goes as so.... bought an abit KT7 Motherboard and Athlon 1200MHz processor from this place and found the processor socket on the motherboard was broken when it arrived. I called and asked for an RMA number so we could return it and was told no one was available. After a few hours of trying our purchasing clerk managed to get them on the phone and couldn't get a number out of them so she transfered them to me. I was told that it was impossible that they sent a defective motherboard and basically it was my problem. (they also said i could return it to them to be sent to Abit for repairs and it would be 2 to 8 weeks. not an option.) Finally, the next day, after a lot of time on hold, unanswered calls and a ton of runaround we managed to get an RMA number so the board could be returned.
I just felt I should warn everyone about this place and suggest they check out http://www.resellerratings.com/comview.cgi?Motherboards.com
to see some more horror stories.
