I'm looking to build my own rig. What is a good P4 motherboard? I was looking at what Intel makes, but I think ASUS is better. What do you suggest?

depends on whether you want pci-e or not. i've got an asus p4p800-e deluxe with agp and a 3.0 prescott, an ATI X800 Pro, and a gig of ram, and there are no worries when it comes to my pc. Go with your gut. The way it looks now, everything is starting to shift towards pci-e which sucks for me. But as for your system, rely on the gut and your wallet. I've got no complaints about ASUS. my board is tizight.
