Motherboard with TV Video out?

I'm trying to cram a system into a case more-or-less the shape of a "medium pizza" box (very low height). The best idea I've come across so far is using an Intel 810EMO board (810 chipset, Flex-ATX). This has onboard SB 128 sound and graphics, plus a single PCI slot. Ideally, though, I'd like a board with TV Video out in addition to VGA out so I can put a better sound board in the PCI slot (rather than a graphics card with TV out).

Any suggestions on a small motherboard with TV Out? Speed's not really important; price would be the primary concern.

I think that Shuttle FV24 mobo has TV-out. It's small, too. It's $120 at mwave.com though, so I'm not sure if it's in your price range.

I had considered that board, but I was hoping a less expensive option would present itself.

Don't some companies make VGA-to-TV convertor things? Maybe you can use one of them if you can't get TV-out.
