Motherboard with Quadcore SLI and overclocking support?

I am not keeping up with motherboards these days but I have heard that many SLI motherboards have trouble with overclocking quadcore intel CPUs. I am looking to get the Q6600 to 3.0GHz and pair it with a 8800GTS 512MB card and want the option to add another later. My budget for the motherboard is around $200-250. Is there a motherboard that satisfies these requirements? Thanks in advance.

You'll have to get an Nvidia chipset-based board for SLI support. While they don't OC as well currently as Intel's chipsets, you shouldn't have a problem hitting 3 Ghz. The B3 Kentsfield's aren't usually capable of hitting much higher speeds, and the G0s are only good for a few hundred Mhz more.
