Motherboard upgrade, help!

I'm replacing my abit bx6 r.2 and celeron with a new motherboard and an amd..
I need one with ata/100, RAID, 5-6 PCI slots.
I will be overclocking (of course of course)
so I was wondering what were the different high points and low points of each board.. and perhaps you can point me in the right direction.
Seems like the battle is between ABit KT7A, Asus A7v133, IWILL KK266, and the MSI K7T Turbo.
Also what is the best version of the 1.2 Tbird? I've seen many different versions of it and don't know where to turn to...
