Question Motherboard upgrade advise please.

I need a motherboard for a 13700kf cpu and would like to use speedy ram over 6000mhz. Was looking at a msi z790 motherboard but most of them are sold out. Budget $350 or less. Dont plan on overclocking.

It has a BIOS flashback button you can use to update BIOS without installing CPU so you can update to BIOS with 13th gen support and then install CPU.

I know it's slightly outside your budget but it seems like a nice mobo.

It means for a 32 GB DDR5-6400 kit, you won't have issues. But if you use more than two RAM sticks or exceed 32GB size, speed may drop.

Do not be in a hurry, consumer PC segment not going anywhere but discounted this year! Lots of motherboards will be arriving from China and Taiwan on to U.S. shores. Just have to wait to be unload and trucked to warehouses!

I mean, Diesel fuel is about to run out on the East Coast, according to headlines, and China is poised to attempt a takeover of Taiwan, where TSMC is located, which makes A LOT of the chips for the Free World.
