Motherboard Upgrade Advice

I was lucky enough to get ahold of a Nvidia 7900GTX. Problem is, my rig is a AMD 3400+ (socket 754) with AGP only. I need to move to PCI express, but I don't want to spend a fortune. My current motherboard is a MSI K8N Neo Platinum.

What is the most cost effective way to get there, without wasting the power of the 7900GTX? My initial thoughts was to get the MSI K8N Neo3-F board so I can continue to use my existing CPU and (hopefully) memory, since this is still a socket 754 board. Is this a good idea? Will I get the best out of my video card, or do i need to go a different route?

Thanks in advance!
