I need another motherboard. Mine has been having serious issues (1 ide channel dead, cant boot off of SATA consistently no matter what i try, wavering cpu multiplier, etc. --- im not going to buy MSI again). If anyone can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Here are my requirements:
-around or under $80
-ATX
-socket 939
-pci express 16x
-stable (at normal speeds - not OC)
-NOT MSI, not ECS
-good reviews
-2 ide channels
-onboard sound (at least 5.1)
-onboard network controller

I'm a fan of ASRock. I have one now and i'm upgrading to another (ASRock 775Dual-VSTA).
The "AMD Version" of this godly budget mobo is a good buy:
ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 Socket 939 ULi M1695 ATX AMD Motherboard

Only drawback based on your needs is the PCIe slot is rated at 16x but is really only 4x.
Other than that its good. Supports 7.1 audio and is only $67 (plus shipping).

Sorry but i don't really know anything about Foxconn mobo's.
