Motherboard Suggestions to replace p4p800 SE

I am having the following problem w/ my board:

and it's really frustrating me.. and apparently I'm not the only one who's had this type of problems with this board.

I'd like to get a new board that supports the following components that I already have:

2 SATA HD's
Radeon 9800 pro AGP 8x
p4 2.8 GhZ prescott w/ HT Technology
COOLER MASTER Real Power RS-450-ACLX ATX12V 450W

What I want to buy if the problem I have w/ the ASUS p4p800 SE is unfixable:

New Mobo (ASUS, Gigabit, something that is STABLE and that I can read reviews on)
New Case (I'm sick of looking at the case I have)
New RAM (2 gig minimum)


Please either
A) Suggest how to fix my problem
or
B) Provide me suggestions for a New Mobo, Case, and RAM.

Lots of good info on Asus Intel socket 478 boards, including yours.

It would really help if you came back with bios setting info, and maybe try and install Asus Probe to see what your temperature readings are like.
