Motherboard Suggestions Please

I'm at a snag on which motherboard would best suite my needs. I'm not a gamer in any respect, I'm a developer with multi-monitor, virtualization, and overclocking in mind. I'm not looking at the future with upgrades in sight. When need it be, I will buy new, being that this setup will satisfy me for the next 3-4 years and beyond. I'm keen on having 2xRJ45 (Non-shared Ethernet for Simultaneous OS's), RAID, and preferably but not needed 1+eSATA. The basic hardware setup I'm considering is as follows:

CPU (OC to 3.0ghz):
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor

VIDEO:
MSI NX8600GTS-T2D256E-OC GeForce 8600GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Over Clock Edition HDCP Video Card

MEMORY (x2):
mushkin eXtreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) with EPP Profile Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

HARDDRIVE (x2):
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

If you are interested in overclocking a quad, then I would go with a p35 board over a 965, though for the relaitvely modest oc you are looking the chipset wont make that much of a difference.
